Welcome to Jindo Martial Arts, Fitness and Self Defense. Our state of the art training center, located at 3173 Eggert Road in the Colvin Eggert Plaza in Tonawanda just off the 290 Expressway, is the ONLY licensed Cage Fitness provider in all of Western New York. Our newly expanded facility now boasts 3600 square feet with two separate training areas for a combined total of 2000 square feet of floor space.
